Trek received the Award of Progression from the IEJ (November 2012) in recognition of the company’s development of the Electrostatic Force Microscope which has the capability to measure electrostatic surface voltage with spatial resolution (10 µm) not attainable with traditional technologies. Mr. Higashio of Trek Japan KK accepted the award from Dr. Akira Mizuno, President of the IEJ.
The Electrostatics Society of America honored TREK, INC at the 2010 Annual Meeting of the ESA held at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte in June. The President’s Appreciation Award (photo) was given to Trek in recognition of the company’s excellent support.

Toshio Uehara, current Trek Japan KK President and Director, also CEO and Chairman of the Board of TREK, INC, was chosen to receive the Chairman's Special Award by the 'Imaging Society of Japan' at their 2005 awards ceremony. This award was given in recognition of Mr. Uehara's extensive contribution to the Japanese electrophotography industry.

Trek was selected to receive the “Excellence in Exporting” award at the International Business Council of Greater Rochester’s 20th Annual International Trade Banquet and Exposition on September 15, 2011. Mike Dehn, President of TREK, INC. accepted the award on behalf of the company.
Mike Dehn, President of TREK, INC., was chosen to be a member of Business First of Buffalo's 2009 "40 Under 40" class. This award recognizes individuals under age 40 in the Buffalo, NY region who have records of professional success and community involvement. Mike received his award at a luncheon in downtown Buffalo in November 2009.
The Trek Research and Development Center was recognized by the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNYAB) at the recent "Scholars, Inventors and Entrepreneurs" reception held in May 2007. Louise Cadwalader and Jerzy Kieres received a plaque recognizing Trek's participation in SUNYAB's Baird Research Center.
Trek's Model 800 Infinitron® was nominated for and won a 2007 EuroAsia IC Industry Award. It was one of four products to be 'short listed' for the Yield Management - Best Process Award. Award winners were determined by online voting, which ended July 2, 2007. Trek and several other
